Directions to the Stedman
Auditorium
3475 Erwin Road,
Durham, NC 27705
From I-85 South: Take the Durham Expressway (NC 147), then turn
left on US 15-501 South toward Chapel Hill. Take the NC 751 exit and
turn left. The first traffic light is Erwin Road, turn left. The entry
to the Duke Center for Living is the first entryway on the left, and the
only entryway between 751 and Morreene Road. The Stedman Center is the
first building on the left. The auditorium is to the right after
entering (see photos).
From I-85 North (or from the Durham Expressway): Take US 15-501
South toward Chapel Hill. Take the NC 751 exit and turn left. The first

From I-40 East or West (or from Chapel Hill): Take the US 15-501
exit North toward Durham. Take the NC 751 exit and turn right. The first
traffic light is Erwin Road, turn left. The entry to the Duke Center for
Living is the first entryway on the left, and the only entryway between
751 and Morreene Road. The Stedman Center is the first building on the
left. The auditorium is to the right after entering (see photos).
From the Rhine Research Center: Go up Campus Walk Drive to
Morreene Road and turn left at the traffic light. Look for a sign on
your right that says "Duke Dialysis Center." Turn right there, go past
the dialysis center. At the fork in the road, take the left-hand branch,
following the sign that reads "Patients and Participants." The Stedman
Center will be the last building on your right. Alternatively, go on
down to Erwin Road, turn right, then turn right into the Center for
Living (warning: the entryway is a bit hard to see among the trees until
you are virtually at the entrance). The Stedman will then be the first
building on your left.
