Healing through Qigong – Creating Balance With Dave Gulick

Registration is closed for this event
Qigong is a system of specific body postures, movements, breathing, and meditation. With roots in Chinese medicine, qigong is traditionally viewed as a practice to strengthen and balance "life energy", or qi (chi),

If Online Registration is not available, tickets may still be available at the door.  We will add a note here if the event is sold out.

Dave will explain the Yin/Yang theory and the practice of Qigong for the flow of Chi throughout your body. You will benefit from learning active exercises to balance the yin and yang.  Experience the small universe meditation to create a balanced flow in your life and to help others find balance too.  Learn some simple Qigong healing techniques to use on yourself and others. For example, you will learn ways to ameliorate pain and blockages, to reach a greater state of peace and calm and to open to Universal Energy flowing through you.
