Train and Open your Mind to the Benefits of Self-Hypnosis: Sarah Gewanter, MSSW, C. Hyp., C.I.

Registration is closed for this event
Giving mind expanding suggestions directly to the Subconscious can help with health and well-being and encourage a heightened sense of awareness, creativity and intuition.

For a long time, brain researchers have isolated a certain area of the brain, noting that when it is stimulated people can have positive and beneficial experiences.  This is well documented in medical literature.  Instead of electrically stimulating the brain, we can mentally access that doorway, that pathway, in the brain through Self Hypnosis.

In this Workshop, we expand upon the Friday night talk information and dig deeper into the Subconscious Mind to have more training and experience of the uses of self-hypnosis. You will have the opportunity to be guided through several verbal processes as well as learn a simple 3-step training process for the use of Self-Hypnosis,
